Terms and Conditions


WePrintDiscs price quotes are good for up to 30 days from the original quote date. WePrintDiscs price lists are subject to change without notice. All quotes and pricing are subject to change if any specifications are different than originally stated.


WePrintDiscs accepts payment via Discover, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Full payment is due before WePrintDiscs begins production of any Customer project. Any balance that may have accrued during the processing of said project must be paid in full by Customer prior to transfer of goods. WePrintDiscs reserves the right to automatically charge the Customer\\\\\\\'s credit card for any balance due. The Customer agrees to pay any and all costs, fees, charges, or expenses (including without limitation all reasonable legal fees and litigation/arbitration fees and costs) incurred in recovering any amounts owed to WePrintDiscs by Customer.

Right to Refuse Service:

WePrintDiscs reserves the right to refuse or cancel any project.


All manufactured and printed media products are guaranteed by WePrintDiscs against defect in quality and workmanship within industry standards. This guarantee is limited to the price or replacement of actual defective product and is valid only upon the satisfaction of the following conditions: (1) written notice of such defect is received at WePrintDiscs within 30 days after product ships to Customer, (2) WePrintDiscs is able to verify said defect. WePrintDiscs is not responsible for indirect costs incurred due to defects.


Actual quantity delivered to customer may deviate 10% over or under from the quantity requested by Customer (industry standard).

Production Time:

Production time is the number of full business days is takes to complete a project once payment is received and processed. Business days include Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM eastern time. WePrintDiscs's representations of production time to complete a project is an estimate only. Projects may be delivered early or later than Customer expectations. Allow two business days for project completion, however times may vary depending on complexity of project and placement order. WePrintDiscs is not responsible for delays in delivery due to shipping. Projects may be delivered early or later than Customer expectations. Such projects do not impact the amount Customer must pay for the project. Most orders are completed within 24 to 48 hours. Shipment estimates of your order are based upon project completion. WePrintDiscs is not responsible for delays in delivery due to shipping, proof approval or alterations made by Customer. Your project will be delayed or additional rush fees required to keep an project on schedule if you fail to provide WePrintDiscs with all necessary materials (including your master, print ready graphics, payment, signed Intellectual Property Rights Form, timely and accurate shipping information).

Backups & Insurance:

WePrintDiscs is not responsible for returning art, media, or other content to the Customer upon completion of a project. It is understood that the Customer has a backup copy or originals of all content provided to WePrintDiscs by Customer or its representatives. WePrintDiscs treats all materials received with care, however, WePrintDiscs denies liability for damage or loss while Customer materials are in the possession of WePrintDiscs. Customer materials located at WePrintDiscs are not insured.

Tax & Shipping:

WePrintDiscs prices do not include tax and shipping. Upon checkout, tax, when appropriate as required by law, and shipping will be reflected. All shipping is FOB Ontario, California unless otherwise indicated. WePrintDiscs is not responsible for loss or damage to product once it has left WePrintDiscs premises

Art & Proofing:

If the Customer is supplying WePrintDiscs with print ready digital art files, WePrintDiscs will output digital PDF proofs for Customer upon request for a minimum charge of $35.00. If requested, proof will require Customer's approval before beginning production. Customer is responsible for proofs and must notify WePrintDiscs in writing of approval, requested changes, or questions before production begins. WePrintDiscs is in no way responsible for spelling or layout errors from Customer or its representatives. Note: Digital PDF proofs are not an accurate representation of true color and clarity. Digital hard proofs (color match proof), press sheet samples for printed paper parts, and sample printed check discs are available, for additional charges, upon Customer request.

Color Matching Policy

It is our goal to provide excellent service and quality printing of your image. Because there are so many variables in media surface type, types of printing you may have used in the past, and differences in monitor calibration, we only print what we receive. We will not modify any image we receive unless requested. If COLOR MATCHING is critical we encourage you to request an authorization copy for approval, or send us a physical media printed sample. We will not stand behind color matching from digital images only. The cost for an authorization disc is 10 dollars which includes UPS ground shipping.

Please note the following:

Customer must allow for up to 1/8 cutting variation on all paper printed parts 4/0 represent full color (CMYK) printing on the outside of printed piece with no printing on the inside 4/1 represent full color (CMYK) printing on the outside of printed piece with black (K) printing on the inside 4/4 represent full color (CMYK) printing on both the outside and inside of printed piece.
